Returns

We accept return requests within 48 hours of delivery or pickup for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be free from stains, damage, odors, pet hair, or signs of use.
  • The item must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Sunset Furniture reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Mattresses
  • Clearance, floor model, or closeout items
  • Special orders or custom-made furniture
  • Assembled furniture
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Delivery, assembly, installation, and moving service fees

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Any applicable delivery, pickup, restocking, or service fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may offer:

  • Replacement of the defective item or part
  • Repair service
  • Store credit
  • Exchange for the same or similar item

Photos of the damage may be required before an exchange or replacement is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Contact us immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been prepared, shipped, delivered, or specially ordered from a manufacturer, cancellation requests may be subject to fees or may not be eligible for cancellation.

Delivery Refusals

Customers who refuse delivery of a correctly delivered order may be subject to:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Restocking fees
  • Delivery fees

These charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.
